Helping everyday movers, coaches and clinicians understand movement with clarity, depth, and purpose.
Hi, I’m Eric Johnson. My work with movement has always come from a desire to understand people, not just anatomy. Over the years I saw how many coaches and clinicians wanted to help their clients feel better but were working without a clear map of how the body actually compensates through the fascia, muscles, and joints.
Through my studies in Human Kinetics, my training in Osteopathic Sciences, and years spent coaching in gyms I began to see the body in a different way. Working in clinics aided this perspective and eventually starting my own I was able to implement my understanding to my patients. Whether I was working with athletes, chronic pain clients, seniors, or everyday movers, the same compensation patterns kept appearing. I realized people were not lacking effort. They were lacking clarity on the how and why to then make the adjustment when they left.
That insight shaped the Stratis Method, created to give professionals a more precise understanding of movement so they can guide clients toward stronger, safer, long-lasting change.
